Yakima, Washington produces over 75% of the United States’ hops—It’s no coincidence that this is where we choose to live and brew. Single Hill Brewing brings the Yakima community together, alongside farmers and brewers from around the country, to enjoy good times and great beer.
In late 2024 we joined forces with our friends and neighbors, Catalyst Coffee, bringing them into the Single Hill family and inside of our taproom! Join us for daily espresso service, breakfast sandwiches, and more!

For the early hours, we offer a small selection of breakfast and light lunch options. Starting at 11:00 every day we're open, our permanent food vendor, Javi's Food Truck, is outside slinging delicious tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and more!
